Refund and Warranty Policies
Calculating Refund Amounts
The following conditions and exceptions apply.
Partial refunds/Restocking FeesAny unopened WP Fail Safe Form Footer's in original condition that is returned within 30 days after delivery: you'll receive 100% of item's price.
Any unopened WP Fail Safe Form Footer's in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: you'll receive 80% of item's price.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: you'll receive up to 10% of item's price.
If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How are refunds handled?
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
*Note: The refund request will be processed quickly; however, it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
WP Fail Safe LLC may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. You will be notified by email or by a Customer Service Associate if we do not require that you mail your item back for a refund.
Warranty
WP Fail-Safe LLC (WPF) states that all WP Fail-Safe Form Footer™ products it has manufactured and sold directly or through an authorized WPF Distributor or Dealer, are covered by a 180 day, Manufacturer's Limited Warranty, from the date of purchase, as follows:
WP Fail-Safe LLC warrants, for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase, all WP Fail-Safe Form Footer™ products it has manufactured and sold directly or through an authorized WPF Distributor or Dealer to be free of manufacturing defects in both material integrity and / or workmanship.
The Buyer's sole remedy under this warranty shall be limited to replacement of product or a refund of the amounts paid by the purchaser for such products. Proof of purchase presented by the original purchaser is required.
In the event that a purchase is made through an authorized WPF dealer or distributor, the buyer may contact the dealer / distributor or WPF directly for warranty issues.
WP Fail-Safe Form Footer™ products purchased from sources other than WPF or WPF authorized distributors and dealers may or may not be covered by this warranty at the sole discretion of WPF.
This warranty is effective and enforceable only if herein covered products are handled, stored, transported and installed in accordance with the WP Fail-Safe Form Footer™ Installation Instructions, or any other installation instructions or guidelines published by WP Fail-Safe LLC.
No warranty of any kind exists with respect to any WP Fail-Safe Form Footer™ product(s) which have been subject to: misuse, negligence, accident, tampering, alteration or used in any inappropriate manner.
WPF makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, in fact or in law, reference the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or application of any WP Fail-Safe Form Footer™ product(s).
In no event shall WP Fail-Safe LLC be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind (including without limitation relating to: loss of profits personal injury, property damage, injury to credit, reputation, or goodwill) directly or indirectly resulting from the purchase or use of any WP Fail-Safe Form Footer™ product(s).
No other entity, person, Corporation, Company, or firm has any authorization or authority to bind or assume on behalf of WP Fail-Safe LLC any other liability affirmation, representation, or warranty regarding, or in connection with, the sale of WP Fail-Safe Form Footer™ except as stated in this Manufacturer's Limited Warranty.
This is the complete and full warranty offered by WP Fail-Safe LLC for all of its WP Fail-Safe Form Footer™ products. No further warranty is expressed or implied that is not mentioned in the above text.
